HASn the course of Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee, Harry and Meghan made up against bad luck with a good heart. During their only public appearance at Saint Paul’s Cathedral, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex chose a low profile so as not to obscure the commemorations of the sovereign’s seventy-year reign. However, despite the faultless couple, reconciliation with the hard core of the royal family was not at the rendezvous.
The monarch himself oversaw the arrangements for the couple’s visit down to the smallest detail. His watchword was clear: “no drama” (no drama).
