Justin Bieber, his wife Hailey as well as DJ Khaled and Drake demonstrate a sense of humor and acting talent in the music video for "Popstar".
US rapper DJ Khaled (44) came up with something special for the video clip for his new song "Popstar" together with Drake (33). In an approximately eight-minute long and extremely humorous short film before the actual music video is shown how it was created. DJ Khaled can be seen in the intro as a whining nuisance who sends Drake one video message after the other and begs him to finally shoot a video for the song they shared.
Drake, on the other hand, is fed up: "Every five seconds he asks me something on my cell phone. I've already given him the songs. Now he wants a video too." Too much for the superstar who with a heavy heart asks a buddy to step in – Justin Bieber (26)!
Appearance with humor
After the Oscar-worthy performance by Drake, the actual song begins after two and a half minutes. The camera moves over a floor lined with schnapps corpses, at the end of which Bieber finally peels out of bed, lip-synchronized with the song, immediately reaches for the next champagne bottle and continues celebrating. With a lot of self-irony, "Biebs" continues to make fun of his dissolute life as a pop star for the next three minutes. Before the alarm goes off.
