After his band "Feuerherz" broke up, Karsten Walter has now released a duet with his colleague and friend Marina Marx. Now the corresponding music video is also there – and is causing heated discussions.
In their joint duet "Fahr zur Hölle" Karsten Walter, 27, and Marina Marx, 30, sing about a classic on-off relationship: They can't be with, but also not without, each other. In keeping with the theme of the song, the music video is also passionate. However, some Schlager fans are bothered by the freedom of movement of the video.

Some fans seem to particularly disapprove of the scenes in which Karsten and Marina are lightly dressed in bed. Is the video too sexy for the hit world? At least that's what you could assume if you read some comments on YouTube under the music video. "The video goes too far – it doesn't have to be," says one user, for example. And another asks: "Sex sells – or what?". In addition, another comment denounces that the only thing that is important today is to be more revealing than the others.
However, this is not the complete picture of the mood, but rather the exceptions. Most social media users celebrate the song as well as the music and consider it necessary to defend the Schlager duo. "Whatever so some have to complain about, you two are awesome. You have noticed so often that there is more. Stay the way you are, you are amazing," is one of the opposing voices. Another user even thinks that the video is good for the hit industry: "Fresh, cheeky – as it should be! That's how Schlager stays young. And the envious should burst!" You can tell from this discussion that tastes are different – and that's a good thing.

At the beginning of March, Karsten and Marina made their love official. They appeared together in Florian Silbereisen's, 39, show "Schlagerchampions – The great festival of the best", where they performed their duet "Fahr zur Hölle" on stage. After their performance, they dropped the love bomb.
"Last year it sparked. We were very good friends for a long time. It was a crazy year, we were at home a lot and met often privately. At one point our heart puked so hard and there were butterflies in our stomach after all – and they have to get out now, "said Marina to the moderator.
