Kate Middleton: her adorable confidence about the hidden talent of her daughter Charlotte

Nothing can resist him. At only 8 years old, Princess Charlotte already has more than one string to her bow. And an innate presence all her own. With her natural outfit and her mischievous demeanor, she is, without a doubt, her mother’s worthy daughter. The exceptional evening of this Thursday, November 30 proved it again, if there is any doubt about it. The charity show, already chaired five times by Kate and Williamwas the opportunity for the mother to reveal a hidden talent of his daughter. Not so hidden, in truth, since it is an art already mastered by the Princess of Wales herself.

The daughter-in-law of Charles III, who wore a sumptuous teal blue dress for the evening with slit sleeves and a jeweled neckline by Safiyaa, made a remarkable entrance on the arm of her husband; a far cry from the Scobie storm that has been blowing through the palace lately. Controversies aside, the couple was present in support of the artists in difficulty, in whose favor the event was held. To liven up the evening, Chinese pianist Lang Lang delivered an exceptional performance alongside a little prodigy, Lucy, a young blind and autistic girl whom he discovered playing on a public piano in a train station.

“If you practice a lot, you can be like him.”

William’s wife did not hesitate to speak with the talented pianist, to whom she asked how long he had been playing and how he had met Lucy. Above all, the 41-year-old mother couldn’t help but talk about her little Charlotte’s playing, revealing that on her recommendations, her 8-year-old daughter had taken up the piano. “Her Royal Highness told me that she told Princess Charlotte: ‘Hey, look, if you practice a lot, you can be like him.'”, confided pianist Lang Lang. And the sister of George and Louis has something to look after, since her mother – who already has three years of piano practice behind her and five of theory – has been able to demonstrate her talents in recent years, notably alongside Tom Walker during his Christmas carol concert at Westminster Abbey, or at the opening ceremony of Eurovision in May.
