Katie Holmes’ ex-boyfriend Emilio Vitolo Jr. has welcomed his first child into the world. His new partner announced the good news on social media.

Sammy Piccininni shares her daughter’s first adorable snaps on her Instagram account. The little one is wrapped in a pink blanket, a bow of the same color adorns her little head. The new mother reveals that her offspring was born on June 30, 2023 and is called Angelina Marie Vitolo. “I’m in awe of how God has blessed us. Mommy and Daddy are so in love with you little girl,” Sammy wrote. Papa Emilio has not yet posted his own post, but comments on his loved one’s contribution with the words: “My beautiful girls, good work, baby, I love you.”
It is not known since exactly when Sammy and Emilio have been a couple. However, shortly after his split from Holmes, the celebrity chef is said to have been back on dating apps, a source told Page Six. Piccininni posted the first couple photo on social media in August 2022. The pregnancy announcement followed in January this year, and in May the couple shared pictures of the baby shower – and revealed the gender of their child.

It quickly became clear: the two fell head over heels in love with each other. There were even rumors that the restaurant owner left his former fiancée Rachel Emmons for the actress.

But the relationship should not last long: in May 2021, a spokeswoman for the “Dawson’s Creek” actress confirmed the separation to “US Weekly”. “It just didn’t work out,” the rep said, adding that the two parted amicably. However, an insider claimed that Holmes “dumped” the now 35-year-old. “Katie began to wonder if Emilio had any ulterior motives in dating her,” the source told OK magazine. Emilio is said to have dreamed of becoming a great actor, which is why Holmes questioned the relationship. Now Emilio has started a family with Sammy Piccininni.
