(AOF) – Following the rejection by the Administrative Court of Appeal of Paris, on November 18, 2021, of the request for annulment against the building permit for the project to redevelop the Gare d’Austerlitz district obtained on November 14, 2021. December 2020, Kaufman & Broad.SA has been informed that an appeal in cassation has been lodged before the Council of State against this rejection decision. Kaufman & Broad SA will keep the market informed of the outcome of this appeal.
