After much speculation, it was officially confirmed on February 19th: Kim Kardashian (41, "Keeping Up With the Kardashians") and rapper Kanye West (43) are getting divorced. The British tabloid "The Sun" has now published the divorce papers submitted to the court, which also reveal the reason for the separation. Accordingly, Kardashian has indicated "irreconcilable differences".

The records also confirm reports that the spouses intend to share custody of their four children, North (7), Saint (5), Chicago (3) and Psalm (1) in the future. In addition, Kardashian has filed a motion that neither she nor West should receive spousal support.
