(CercleFinance.com) – The European Commission has approved the acquisition of France-based Ondura by UK-based Kingspan.
Kingspan is active in the manufacture and marketing of insulated sandwich panels, flooring and lighting and ventilation solutions.
Ondura is active in the manufacture and marketing of lightweight roofing systems and waterproofing solutions.
The Commission concluded that the proposed concentration would not raise competition concerns, given its very limited impact on the structure of the market.
