Klépierre: 8.8% increase in rental income in 2023


(CercleFinance.com) – Klépierre publishes net rental income of €1,005 million for 2023, a figure up 8.8% at constant scope compared to 2022.

This year, activity was notably driven by the increase in retailer turnover (+6% compared to 2022 at constant scope). It is also based on a financial occupancy rate of 96%, up 20 bp year-on-year.

In this context, EBITDA is up 9.6% compared to 2022, standing at €921.4 million.

Net current cash flow increased by +10.7% compared to 2022, to E2.48 per share, 5.5% higher than the initial objective.

“We are very confident about our ability to extend our growth in 2024,” underlined Jean-Marc Jestin, Chairman of the Management Board of Klépierre.

Concretely, for 2024, Klépierre is targeting growth in its EBITDA of ‘at least 4%’ as well as net current cash flow per share of between 2.45E and 2.5E.
