(CercleFinance.com) – Klépierre’s Management Board and Supervisory Board have been informed of Beñat Ortega’s decision to resign as a member of the Management Board.
Beñat Ortega was appointed Group Chief Operating Officer in November 2016 and member of the Management Board in November 2020.
Jean-Marc Jestin, Chairman of the Management Board of Klépierre, said: ‘I would like to congratulate Beñat Ortega on his appointment and send him my sincere wishes for success in his new role.’
