Whereas Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty is scheduled for early 2023, Koei Tecmo and Team Ninja have decided to offer a playable demo on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series. Be careful, however, because the latter only lasts 10 short days, from September 16 to 26, 2022. As a reminder, when it is finally released, the game will be available on PC via Steam, as well as on PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series.
In this demo, you will be able to get a glimpse of the dark universe of the Three Kingdoms. Set in China at the end of the Han dynasty, the story tells us how the country was overwhelmed by chaos and destruction. In the shoes of an anonymous militiaman, you will fight the demons that have infested this world in an attempt to save the entire country.
The demo also presents the different strategies that can be adopted as well as the speed of the fights. It will also be possible to test the creation of characters as well as the online multiplayer mode.
Note that for anyone going through the demo, the studio promises a gift in the form of a special item, the Crouching Dragon helmet. This will of course be usable in the final version of the game when it is released in 2023. A study will also be carried out via the demo and players who give feedback on their gaming experience will benefit from a second gift. This time it will be an exclusive wallpaper.
