A year after their wedding, Kourtney Kardashian and punk drummer Travis Barker are expecting their first child together.
Good news for the Kardashian clan: After a few unsuccessful attempts to help a pregnancy through medical treatment, Kourtney Kardashian (44) and her husband Travis Barker (47) can finally look forward to the longed-for offspring.
No luck with artificial insemination
As reported by Page Six magazine, the two recently spoke about their desperate attempts to achieve parenthood through artificial insemination in an episode of the reality show “The Kardashians” on May 25. After these attempts were obviously unsuccessful, they decided not to pursue these measures any further and continue to hope for a natural conception.
Kourtney Kardashian said: “We would love a baby more than anything, but I just believe in what God has in store for us. If that’s a baby, then I believe it will happen. “
Delivered pregnancy message at punk concert
The fact that this actually happened was made public by the reality star in an original way yesterday evening. During a concert by the pop-punk band Blink-182, in which her husband plays the drums, she held up a large cardboard sign that read “Travis I’m Pregnant” in the audience.
Like one of hers video posted on Instagram shows, the band interrupted their performance moments later to allow the couple a chance for a heartfelt embrace amidst the cheering crowd. However, the video also shows that Kourtney has probably not just been pregnant, but already has a clearly visible baby bump. The message that was sent will probably not have been a real surprise for the musician.
Not the first child for Kourtney and Travis
The announced baby will be the fourth child for Kourtney Kardashian, who already has three children from a previous relationship with reality celebrity Scott Disick, 40. As a father of three, Travis Barker also brought plenty of followers into the relationship.
