3 years after the remarkable genre film Saint Maud, director Rose Glass unveils a new feature film: Love Lies Bleeding. The film produced by studio A24 is already shaping up to be one of the most intriguing works of 2024, with these first images announcing suspense, sexiness and revenge.

The story follows Lou (Kristen Stewart), manager of a gym where she meets and falls in love with Jackie (Katy O’Brian), an ambitious bodybuilder who crosses town to Las Vegas in pursuit of his dream. But their love will trigger a succession of violent events.
The film will mark Kristen Stewart’s return to the screen after David Cronenberg’s Future Crimes. It will allow us to discover Katy O’Brian, who some may have already noticed in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania or in the series The Mandalorian.
The French release date is not yet known. Love Lies Bleeding will premiere at the Sundance Film Festival in January 2024.
