(CercleFinance.com) – Lagardère indicates that the operating margin of its Lagardère Publishing branch, previously estimated at a level approaching 12%, is now expected to be around 13.5% for the year 2021.
‘Following on from the presentation of sales for the third quarter of 2021, the increased attraction for reading has a positive impact on sales at Lagardère Publishing,’ the group explains.
‘Thus, the good momentum and the growth mix of sales in the branch have a more favorable effect than expected on its profitability in a context of a continuing health crisis,’ he continues.
