King of toplane and world champion in 2020, Jang “Nuguri” Ha-gwon had decided to join China and the LPL in 2021. He had then joined FunPlus Phoenix, world champion 2019, to restore the colors of a structure that had foundered in 2020. However, not everything went as planned and Nuguri and his teammates have completely sunk during Worlds 2021. Yet a finalist in the LPL Summer Split, the Chinese structure sank into the group of DWG KIA, Cloud9 and Rogue.

It would also bring tougher competition for T1who has not lost the slightest BO during this season in LCK and who appears like an ogre against his competitors.
