(CercleFinance.com) – Lectra, a specialist in solutions for working flexible materials, publishes net income up 55% to 43.8 million euros and current EBITDA up 51% to 98.4 million, for a turnover increase of 35% to 521.9 million.
“Revenue and current EBITDA for 2022 are within the range of the objectives published in February 2022, as specified in July and confirmed in October”, highlights the company.
The Board of Directors will propose to the AGM of April 28 a dividend of 0.48 euro per share for 2022. Lectra has set sales targets for 2023 of between 522 and 576 million euros, as well as a current EBITDA between 90 and 113 million.
