“Less for one of us”, Vianney’s tackle on Mika to recover a talent

“The Voice” is back on TF1. The opportunity to witness incredible performances, including that of Stlot, a 29-year-old candidate. And to have him on his team, Vianney did not hesitate to throw a dig at his colleague Mika.

This Saturday, February 10, the premiere of the new edition of The Voice, on TF1. The opportunity for viewers to witness the big return of Mika, who replaces Amel Bent. The singer, present since 2020 in the show, leaves her place to the interpreter of “Grace Kelly“. He had already appeared in the previous season, as “great coach“. Today, it is alongside Zazie, Bigflo and Oli, and Vianney, that he occupies the iconic red chair. He also has the mission of convincing the talents who catch his ear to join his team. This is particularly the case this evening, with the first candidate who delivered a performance which amazed all the coaches. To bring him into his team, all attempts are allowed, and Vianney notably took advantage of it to to tackle Mika.

Stolt, a 29-year-old young man of Danish origin, opened the ball by performing a song by James Brown, “It’s a Man’s Man’s Man’s World“, delivering a poignant performance. Vianney first, then the two brothers, then Mika and Zazie turned around to see who was hiding behind this voice: “There’s everything we like, there’s texture, velvet, you’re not afraid to crack your voice, if that’s not what we’re looking for in The VoiceI don’t know why I came back“, said Mika in order to reassure the candidate, nervous in front of the coaches. Stolt then explains that to convince him to come to a team, he would have to promise to help him work on his texts in French. That’s when – there that Vianney allowed himself a little dig at one of his colleagues: “The problem is that it’s all of our things, maybe less to one of us!” Frightened, the coaches turned to Mika, who couldn’t believe what he had just heard. A dig that the singer took, fortunately, with a lot of humor.

“He hypnotizes talent”

But just before this moment, Bigflo had warned Mika of the deceitfulness that Vianney could demonstrate in order to obtain the talent he had in his sights: “His technique, it’s because he hypnotizes talent and that’s how he gets it, so be careful.” But, ultimately, it was not him that Mika should have paid attention to, but rather Zazie. Indeed, it was to the latter, who remained discreet, that Stolt chose to turn so that she accompanies him during this adventure.
