an independent producer of green hydrogen to decarbonize industry and mobility, announces that it has terminated the liquidity contract in place since June 20, 2022, and entrusts NATIXIS with ODDO BHF, as of September 4, 2023, and for a period for one year, renewable by tacit agreement, the implementation of a liquidity and market monitoring contract relating to its ordinary shares.
This contract was established in accordance with the regulations in force, and in particular AMF Decision No. 2021-01 of June 22, 2021. It complies with the code of ethics of the Association Française des Marchés Financiers (AMAFI) .
The purpose of this contract is for the promotion by ODDO BHF SCA of the LHYFE share on the regulated market of Euronext in Paris.
On the date of termination of the previous contract, the following resources appeared in the liquidity account:
41,276 LHYFE shares
€183,632.26
The resources allocated to the implementation of the new contract are:
41,276 LHYFE shares
€383,632.26
This new contract may be suspended:
In the cases provided for in Article 5 of Chapter II of AMF Decision No. 2021-01 of June 22, 2021;
in the event that the share is listed outside the intervention thresholds authorized by the General Meeting of the Company;
Or, at the request of LHYFE, under its responsibility.
Furthermore, the contract may be terminated by LHYFE at any time and without notice, or by NATIXIS and/or ODDO BHF SCA with two weeks’ notice.
