The Lidl brand persists and signs on the market of electric bike. In a few days, the brand will indeed offer two CRIVIT models in store, the price of which (obviously) defies all competition.
Already available from our Belgian and German neighbors, the “ electric bike from Lidl » arrives in France! The famous brand will indeed market its two CRIVIT Urban E-Bike bicycles in France. Lidl obliges, the price should turn a few heads, since these VAEs will be priced at 1,199 euros.
CRIVIT Urban E-Bikes at Lidl from March 25
In fact, the CRIVIT Urban E-Bike X and CRIVIT Urban E-Bike Y are identical. The only difference is in the frame, with a closed frame on one side and an open frame on the other. Both benefit from a matte finish, a battery integrated into the seat tube and brake cables hidden in the frame.
On the battery side, we find here a 360 Wh LG unit, which according to Lidl offers a maximum range of 100 kilometers and a charging time of just 3.5 hours. Mivice’s M080 Rear Hub motor provides a torque of more than 45 Nm and allows you to easily (and effortlessly) reach 25 km/h.
Shimano brakes, lighting, intelligent torque sensor…
Lidl also announces that it has equipped its CRIVIT bikes with puncture-proof tires, not forgetting T200 hydraulic disc brakes from Shimano. On the safety side, we benefit from integrated lighting at the front as well as under the saddle.
The button integrated into the frame allows you to juggle between the different assistance modes, namely Eco, Tour and Race.
The torque sensor is responsible for calculating the necessary power, without changing gear for natural driving sensations. In this way, the more you press on the pedals, the more assistance the rear wheel hub motor provides.
