The latter regularly shares recipes with its more than 69,000 subscribers, sometimes for a satisfying breakfast, sometimes for a gourmet dessert. This time, Julie Chenu offers a quick, easy and balanced wrap recipe. The latter is, in particular, based on butternut, the season of which extends from September to March.

Then, nothing could be simpler! In a pan, place the wrap then add the ingredients. Then, “you close your wrap. You cook for five minutes over low heat in a covered pan., explains the nutritionist on her Instagram account. And good news, “no need for fat, this recipe is healthy and light”, but also complete and rich in good nutrients”.

As stated Julie Chenu on her Instagram post, “you can complete with fresh arugula seasoned with an olive oil and balsamic vinegar sauce to add vitamins and crunch”. Another advantage of this recipe: it can be used with many other vegetables depending on your preferences or the season!
