LoL: Faker writes his legend with a new record

A different champion record chosen in competitive play, another of 2500 kills and so many others, Faker is a player who likes to accumulate exploits in League of Legends. The latest is fresh since it dates from yesterday. The T1 mid laner became the first player in LCK history to reach 500 wins.

Who can stop Faker?

The player hit that number yesterday in the game between T1 and Gen.G. In the third game, the last of Bo, T1 won and Faker passed the 500 LCK win mark. An impressive figure but above all one more feat which joins the ranks of many others held by the player.

For comparison, the second player with the most wins in the Korean league is Kim”Defense“Hyuk-kyu, DRX’s current ADC. The player has exactly 371 under his belt.

Many might think that one started his pro career before the other, but the reality is that both started almost at the same time in February 2013 (Faker with SKT T1 and Deft with MVP Blue). It just proves once again that Faker is and will remain the greatest legend in League of Legends esports.

Gen.G and T1 are now neck and neck in the regular season standings with 6 wins and 1 loss — although the former have a slight lead as they lost one less game in Bo3 than T1. The two teams will play tomorrow, Gen.G will face DRX, followed by the match T1 vs Fredit BRION — currently dead last in the general classification.

To celebrate HanFu Day, a day celebrating traditional Chinese clothing inherited from the Han dynasty, the Chinese league of League of Legends released illustrations of players wearing different tunics. Light on this particular event.
