The 160th League of Legends champion arrives with patch 12.13 implemented tonight. Spells and ratio, splashart and launch skin, find everything there is to know about Nilah, joy incarnate.

League of Legends is preparing for the imminent release of Nilah. The new champion is coming to Summoner’s Rift very soon to become one of the weirdest profiles in the game. An ADC with a very low attack range that will barely be able to damage enemies that aren’t said melee. Its range should not exceed 400 units, the lowest value for champions in this category. This situation allowed Riot Games to create a combination of powerful abilities to counterbalance this characteristic.

A spell kit far removed from the leaks

The first thing to know about Nilah’s abilities is that they have nothing to do with previous leaks. This time, players who reveal information have failed in beauty. The final concept of the champion is much closer to the “Yasuo of water” mentioned many times in the past, being able to move at high speed or double his basic attacks thanks to a spell that allows him to increase his damage by second.

Basic statistics

  • Base HP: 590
  • HP Regeneration: 4
  • HP per level: 101
  • HP regeneration per level: 0.18
  • Base Mana: 350
  • Mana per level: 35
  • Base Magic Resist: 32
  • Magic resistance per level: 2.05
  • Base AD: 58
  • AD per level: 2
  • Base Armor: 30
  • Armor per level: 4.2
  • Base Movement Speed: 340
  • Attack speed per level: 3
  • Basic attack range: 225

Skills

Passive – Perfect Synergy

Nilah amplifies healing skills by 10% and shields by 20% of nearby allies. Allies who heal or shield Nilah themselves gain heals or shields.

And when an allied champion heals or shields herself near Nilah, she also gains a heal or shield.

If Nilah lands the finishing blow on an enemy minion, she and the closest allied champion gain the normal amount of shared experience, plus half of the experience that would have been lost due to sharing.

A – Fluid Blade

Cooldown: 4 seconds

Mana Cost: 30

Asset : Nilah’s Fluid Blade strikes in a direction, dealing 5/10/15/20/25 (+90/100/110/120/130%% AD) damage to all enemies in front of it. Hitting an enemy increases Nilah’s range by 125 and attack speed by 15-65% (based on level) and empowers her basic attacks to deal 110% more physical damage in a cone for 4 seconds .

Passive : Attack and skill damage against champions ignores 33% of their armor and heals Nilah for 15% of damage dealt. This effect scales with critical strike chance and excess healing is converted into a shield.

Z – Veil of jubilation

Cooldown: 26/25/24/23/22 seconds

Mana Cost: 60/45/30/15/0

Nilah wraps herself in a Veil of Joy and briefly gains 15/17.5/20/22.5/25% additional movement speed. She takes reduced magic damage and dodges all enemy basic attacks.

Hitting an allied champion also hides them under this veil, but they will be protected for less time.

E-Torrent

Cooldown: 24/21/18/15/12 seconds

Mana Cost: 40

Nilah dashes forward and passes through a targeted unit. It travels a fixed distance each time, dealing 65/90/115/140/165 (+20% AD) physical damage to all enemies it passes through. It can store up to 2 loads of Torrent.

Nilah can cast Fluid Blade during her Torrent to raise a wave behind her, dealing damage after a quick delay and activating the empowered effect of her basic attacks.

R – Apotheosis

Cooldown: 110/95/80 seconds

Mana Cost: 80

Nilah unleashes an aura of power, swings her whip around her and inflicts 60(+120% AD) over one second and, with a final discharge, pulls enemies towards the center and inflicts 125(+120% AD).

Apotheosis heals Nilah for 30% (+15% critical strike chance) of damage dealt and the excess is converted into a shield. This effect scales with critical strike chance and spreads to nearby allies.

The similarities between Nilah and Yasuo are obvious, especially in how her Q – Formless Blade and E – Splitstream work. However, Riot Games developed the new champion with a focus on using it at the bot lane level. If she finds herself coupled with an enchanter who can grant her healing and shields, she will only shine more.. In addition, and unlike the Disgraced, the new ADC will be much more useful in combat and will be able to support his team enormously.

She may not be the most original champion in League of Legends in terms of abilities if you only pay attention to the description of her spells. However, it promises a unique gameplay that could very well change the way we approach the bot lane. Nilah is coming to Summoner’s Rift with Patch 12.13 scheduled for July 13th.

After leaks and the first official teaser, Riot Games has therefore confirmed the arrival of the 161 League of Legends champion. Check out Nilah, Joy Incarnate, which will be played as ADC and is expected to arrive in Summoner’s Rift with patch 12.12.
