LoL: Which champion has the least damage?

Most of the League of Legends community doesn’t pay much attention to stats. However, there is one that all players pay attention to after the match is over. We are, of course, talking about damage to enemy champions. Although it’s a far lesser variable than you might think, it’s easy to take pride in having managed to wreak havoc in Summoner’s Rift. This is, however, a somewhat unfair reading. Not all champions created by Riot Games are meant to take the lives of enemies.

The lowest damage champions

Our goal is to review the champions that deal the least damage in League of Legends games. To do this, we will take into account the average stats of all ranks, although we decided to eliminate the support characters and Ivern. The reason is simple, if we were to add them, they would populate the list. You should still know that the champion who takes the least health points from his opponents is Soraka, who barely inflicts 5,108 points of damage.. Ivern’s case is a bit more positive, though he’s only down to 8,073 damage.

Based on the method above, here are the champions that deal the least damage:

Nunu

12,040

51.8%

shen

12,749

52.2%

Udyr

13,507

49.7%

Karma (Mid lane)

13,784

51.1%

Jarvan IV

13,787

47.9%

The truth is that we did not expect the result we found. Although Nunu (12,040 damage points) in his tank version is almost harmless, it’s surprising to see him near the bottom of the list considering that power items are used in almost 30% of the games he appears in. If not, the numbers would be even lower. The case of Shen is no less striking: he is a champion who has excellent exchanges in the early game and good survivability in fights. He doesn’t hit very hard, but with often long matchups, we expected a bit more.

The situation is easier to understand with Udyr (13,507) who is in third position. It is true that, in the case of this champion, his most effective gameplay is with a full tank build. In this sense, if we were to be surprised, it would only be because of the memory of some of his more offensive options that have already disappeared. The case is very similar to that of Karma on the mid lane (13,784). She could do tons of damage and exhaust a lot of people with her Q – Inner Flame, but most players go for a utility build.

While Karma could do a lot of damage, players prefer a utility build - League of Legends

As we can see from the data reviewed so far, very low damage does not imply a bad win rate. However, Jarvan IV (13,787) is the worst performer. A situation that is only due to the state of the champion. It is true that it adapts perfectly to League of Legends at the competitive level and the pros use it a lot, but in ranked games it is not easy to make it work. We need a team that follows us and a good strategic approach that we cannot always execute.

As for the reverse exercise, the champion who inflicts the most damage is Karthus, in particular thanks to his R – Requiem which can evaporate the life bar of several enemies at once.

Bel’Veth, the next champion of League of Legends is desired. Although teased for months, this character remains quite mysterious today when we should be in the period where the teasing about him should accelerate. Explanations.
