Make Easter bunnies: 8 nice ideas
Make Easter bunnies out of toilet paper rolls
A toilet paper roll has the following dimensions: 9.4 cm in height and 13.5 cm in circumference. Draw a rectangle measuring 9.4 cm x 14 cm on colored paper and cut it out. Glue it slightly overlapping around the toilet paper roll. You can draw the rabbit’s ears freehand on the colored paper or you can use the end of a spoon handle as a template and outline the shape. Also cut out small ovals in a different color and glue them into the bunny ears. Now the bunny ears are attached to the inside of the toilet paper roll. Draw a face on the bunny with black and pink felt-tip pen.
Make Easter bunnies out of tree stump
This wooden Easter bunny greets us happily at the front door. It is easy to make from a stump or branch cut at an angle. Then two sloping tree discs are drilled into it for ears and a cute face is painted on.
Make origami Easter bunnies
You will definitely succeed with this simple origami instruction and it will provide a little surprise in the Easter basket.
Easter bunnies tinker with Easter eggs
You can make a whole gang of rabbits in no time with white Easter eggs. The boiled white eggs can be transformed into Easter bunnies in no time at all: A black felt-tip pen conjures up the face and the eggs are given ears with pink and white craft felt, which you can glue on with craft glue or hot glue.
Easter bunnies made out of butter bread bags
This little Easter surprise can be filled with chocolate or homemade Easter biscuits. You can see how you can make the Easter bunny out of the sandwich bag in the instructions.
Make Easter bunnies out of paper plates
Be it as a decoration on the door or wall in the children’s room – the Easter bunny made of a paper plate puts you in a good mood and heralds the Easter season. Glue two cotton pads to a paper plate as cheeks, whiskers, nose, eyes and ears are cut out of colored paper and glued on. Attach the rabbit to the wall with double-sided adhesive tape or masking tape, for example.
Make sock Easter bunnies
You can make an Easter bunny out of an old child’s sock with a needle, thread and yarn. Turn the heel to the center and cut the toe of the sock down to the heel. Sew up the opening of the ears, stuff the bunny with cotton wool, sew up the opening and embroider a face on the Easter bunny. Finished!
Make Easter bunnies out of pom-poms
Pom-poms are very easy to make: Draw two wider circles on cardboard with an opening in one place. Put a thread between the two circles and let the ends peek out at the opening. Wrap the doubled circles very tightly with wool. Slide a pair of scissors between the two circles and cut the wool. Pull the center thread tightly together and knot it, pulling the pompom tight and securing it. Remove the cardboard circles. If necessary, cut off any protruding tips so that the pompom is evenly round. Make a second smaller pompom in the same way. Sew the two pompoms together. Give the bunny two ears and wobbly eyes and a little nose with a bead – the fluffy Easter bunny is done.
