(CercleFinance.com) – Manitou Group announces the acquisition of the intellectual property of ATN Platforms, a company specializing in the design and assembly of aerial work platforms, as part of receivership proceedings before the Commercial Court of Agen.
‘Thanks to this takeover, the group is extending its existing product range in order to accelerate its development in a particularly dynamic market’, explains the handling equipment manufacturer, pointing to ATN Platforms’ experience in vertical platforms.
To support this acquisition, Manitou is enriched by the expertise of nearly a dozen employees of ATN Platforms, who will remain based in Tonneins (Lot-et-Garonne), the historic site of this company.
