Footballer Marco Reus and model Scarlett Gartmann become parents again: they announced their second pregnancy on their Instagram pages.
Soccer professional Marco Reus, 34, and his wife Scarlett Gartmann, 29, are expecting their second child. With a sweet family picture, they announced the news on their Instagram pages.
Your daughter will be a big sister
The family of the national player and the model is growing. On their Instagram pages the couple released an identical statement and a picture showing the two with their four-year-old daughter and a pony. “Big sister,” it says. “We are very happy and blessed to announce that we are expecting baby number two.”
Married since 2019
The two became parents for the first time in March 2019. After the birth of their daughter, they married in December 2019. Reus has been playing in the national soccer team since 2011. He has been under contract with Borussia Dortmund since 2012, which he extended by a year until 2024 in the spring. In July, the 33-year-old announced that he would be stepping down as captain: “I had time to think about it on vacation and decided to pass on the captain’s armband. I was proud to wear this captain’s armband for five years. It was a big one for me Honor.”
