At a meeting of the alleged victims of Marilyn Manson it should be clear: The musician has followed a clear pattern.

Ashley Morgan Smithline (36) talked about it in an interview with “People”how contact with other alleged victims of Marilyn Manson, 52, including actresses Esmé Bianco, 38 and Evan Rachel Wood, 33, helped. “It was like a sisterhood,” Smithline is quoted as saying. “It was really cathartic and good for all of us. It made things a lot easier.”

Six of the women who have made allegations of abuse met for more than six hours in September 2020 and shared their stories with each other. “It was like I was in a room with lots of women like me,” says Smithline. Accordingly, the women also found out that Manson had followed “a very special pattern” on each of his alleged victims. “Our stories are all the same. It’s disgusting. If you’re an abusive psychopath, at least be original, which he wasn’t in any way.” Being with the other women would have reduced their feelings of guilt and shame, explains Smithline.

It started with Evan Rachel Wood

The ball started rolling in February of this year “Westworld” actress Evan Rachel Wood, who had been in a relationship with Manson for several years. Wood had stated on Instagram that Manson had “abused her terribly for years.” She was “brainwashed and manipulated into submission.”

At the end of April it became known that the British actress Esmé Bianco had filed a lawsuit against the musician. Bianco, who became known among other things for her role in “Game of Thrones”, claims in the court documents that Manson forced her to have sexual intercourse several times. She also accuses him of drugging and threatening her.

Manson denies all allegations. In a statement, he said, “Obviously, my life and art have long been a magnet for controversy, but these recent claims about me are terrible distortions of reality.” His record label and manager later ended their collaboration with Manson.
