Marius Müller-Westernhagen: The canceled concerts will not be made up for

On June 23, Marius Müller-Westernhagen wanted to start his concert summer with his "peppermint experiment". The corona virus pandemic, like so many artists, thwarted him. The tour, which would have taken the 71-year-old through all of Germany, was canceled – and will not be made up for. As it became known on Thursday, there are no catch-up concerts of the musician.

What happens to the tickets?

The law, which came into force on May 20, 2020, gives cardholders who are now looking into the tube a voucher equal to the ticket price. Anyone who has bought Ticktes online will be "contacted by the provider in the next few weeks," it says. Anyone who bought the tickets at a pre-sale point must take action themselves and contact them regarding a voucher.

Müller-Westernhagen would have played in Munich from June 23 to June 26, the first week of July he would have been in Hamburg. From July 7th to July 13th concerts in Berlin, from July 15th to July 19th concerts in Leipzig would have taken place. The grand finale should have been held in Hanover from July 21 to July 25.
