Media Markt also offers SIM-only tariffs as well as tariffs in combination with a mobile phone. As with the network, you have a wide range to choose from when choosing your device. The dealer has all well-known brands on offer – from Apple to Samsung to Huawei, LG, Xiaomi or Sony.
Incidentally, Media Markt’s tariff world not only includes smartphones, but also contract offers for electricity, gas and DSL.
You can join Media Markt’s bonus program, the “Media Markt Club”, completely free of charge. After registering, you will receive your own Media Markt club card. As a member of the “Media Markt Club”, you benefit from a 28-day exchange period instead of 14, as well as digital receipts that are stored in your customer account.

In addition, as a club member, you will occasionally receive gifts from the retailer. After registering, a welcome gift awaits you, usually in the form of a voucher, and on your birthday every year a little token of appreciation from Media Markt beckons.
If you want to give gifts to technology fans, you often use a voucher. You can buy a Media Markt gift card in the branches as well as in the online shop with different monetary values and do not go wrong with it. The Media Markt voucher can be redeemed for three years after purchase – also in the branch or in the online shop.
The maximum term for installment purchases at Media Markt is 60 months. You can finance your purchases interest-free for up to 10 months. For club members, this period is extended to up to 20 months. For longer financing, an annual interest rate of 8.49 percent applies after the free period. Financing is possible both in branches and online.
The amount of shipping costs at Media Markt depends on the product you buy. For this reason, we list the various costs below. Note: Within campaigns, the electronics store often gives you the shipping costs for free.
- CDs, DVDs, games: 2.99 euros
- Shipping with age verification: 4.99 euros
- Standard shipping: 4.99 euros
- Bulky goods (e.g. TV sets from 32 inches, satellite systems, etc.): 14.99 euros
- Delivery to the place of use and free take-away of the packaging: EUR 29.90
You can also take advantage of additional services, such as when buying a television. A one-time fee of 30 euros is charged for the connection and set-up service (large electrical appliances / TV) including the removal of old appliances. You pay a one-off fee of 64 euros for the installation service (e.g. kitchen appliances) including taking old appliances with you.
Media Markt offers a whole range of payment options. In the branches you can of course pay in cash, with an EC or credit card, a gift card or by financing. Additional payment options are available in the online shop. Accepted means of payment are:

If you are dissatisfied with a product you bought from Media Markt, you can return it within 14 days. If you are a member of the “Media Markt Club”, you can even take up to 28 days to return it. It is up to you which branch you return the item to. It doesn’t have to be the one you bought the product from.
To return purchases, you can request a return label from the electronics store. You attach this to the package and send it back free of charge. To return freight goods such as televisions or refrigerators, you must contact customer service and arrange a pick-up appointment with them.
Are you wondering whether there are differences between the offers in the Media Markt brochure and the Media Markt online shop? As a rule, all prospectus deals are also available online at Media Markt. On the website, however, there are many more promotions in addition to these, which often apply for shorter periods of time.
If you are on the lookout for a corresponding product, you should not only look in the Media Markt flyer, but also visit the website regularly. Of course, the advantage of the online shop is that it is always open.
