Mega Man X DiVE Offline will be released on September 1 on Steam, iOS and Android

As indicated by his name, Mega Man X DiVE Offline is the “disconnected” version of the free-to-play Mega Man X DiVE which will close its doors at the end of September on PC. With Mega Man X DiVE Offline, Capcom offers a second chance to the project in the form of a game with a traditional economic model (it is sold for 30 euros) and devoid of any microtransaction. Taking place in a fictional digital world drawn from the Mega Man X universe, a branch that stretched from 1993 until 2004’s Mega Man X8, the game lets you control characters like X, Zero, Axl, Alia, Vile in a fight against the rebellious Reploids, the Mavericks.

Piloted by a navigator named RiCO, the Story mode allows you to earn experience points to improve your characters and weapons. The characters in question are also customizable (firepower, armor, chips, cards, etc.) thanks to the rewards won in game. By adding the Event mode (levels based on the rich past of the saga) and the Challenge mode, Capcom reported more than 900 levels all the same. The game’s official website is live here, as is its Steam page.
