Megan Boone has played FBI agent Elizabeth Keen since day one of “The Blacklist”. But now she is apparently getting out.

Shock for all fans of “The Blacklist”: Leading actress Megan Boone (38) aka Elizabeth Keen will leave the series after the eighth season. At least that’s what I want find out the US industry page “Deadline” to have.

Accordingly, Boone will not return to the series after the eighth season finale. Allegedly, their departure has been certain for a long time, which has given the authors the opportunity to prepare their departure through the plot. It goes on to say that Boone’s departure was an amicable decision.

There were only three left

Only James Spader (61), as super villain Raymond Reddington, Diego Klattenhoff (41), as FBI agent Donald Ressler, and Harry Lennix (56), as FBI agent Harold Cooper, are from the original cast Lot.

It is not yet known when the eighth season will be shown in Germany on the streaming provider Netflix. According to rumors, the starting shot should be given in the summer. But one thing has been certain since January: There will be a ninth season.
