On May 19, 2018, Prince Harry and actress Meghan Markle said “I do” at a royal wedding in Windsor. As reported by Daily Expressthe interpreter of Rachel Zane in the series Suits almost participated in the reality TV show The Bachelor. In this program, a man successful in business, considered a “single gentleman”, then meets 25 women volunteers hoping to unearth the rare pearl. Meghan Markle could therefore have to be one of them.
Just ten days after the wedding, Mike Fleiss, the creator of The Bachelorindicated on X (formerly Twitter) that Meghan Markle could have appeared on his show: “I just got the okay to reveal this shocking fact. Right after she left Deal or no Deal, Meghan was seriously considering going on The Bachelor!” At that time, the American actress was not not yet known for her acting talents, but rather for her presence in the show Deal or no Deal. In 2006 and 2007, she played the role assistant in the game show. But in 2022, the main interested party told in her podcast Archetypes to have been treated as “a bimbo” and not having appreciated being presented as “not very intelligent and with little substance”.

Still attached to her royal duties?
In 2020, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry left England to settle permanently in the United States. At the same time, the couple announced that they wanted withdraw from royal duties and therefore, little by little moving away from the Firm. Previously adored, the couple is now experiencing a series of scandals. One of the latest? The new website of the Duke and Duchess, which brings together “all of their activities: The Archwell Foundation, Archwell Productions, sponsorships, companies and organizations which receive support from the couple individually and/or together”. On February 12, they unveiled the site called “The Office of Prince Harry & Meghan, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex”, with the domain name sussex.com. A choice to say the least surprising, which suggests that the couple continues to use their (old) titles when it suits him. According to a survey carried out by the firm of advice Redfield & Wiltonconducted in February, around 30% of Britons say they hate the princess.
