Approval of the 2022 accounts, convening of a General Meeting and proposal for the payment of a dividend

Following the meeting of the Board of Directors of MG INTERNATIONAL on March 9, 2023, which approved the financial statements for the financial year ended December 31, 2022 (see press release of March 10, 2023), the Board of Directors , in its meeting of April 3, 2023, decided:

  • to convene a General Meeting no later than June 30, 2023, in particular to approve said corporate financial statements, and

  • to submit to this meeting the distribution of a dividend of a total amount of €1,750,000, representing approximately €0.34 per share.
