Discussing different topics without time limit, until the guests leave or the host ends the show: That is the concept of the new talk format "Open End", which will be available from April 17th on every Saturday from 11pm on the news channel Welt see is. It will be presented by the politician, lawyer and author Michel Friedman (65, "Turn of Time – The Attack on Democracy and Human Dignity").

Friedman, who has been married to journalist Bärbel Schäfer (57, "Is there anyone up there?") Since 2004, believes in the concept of the new format. The German-French Michel Friedman has been working for the broadcaster Welt, formerly N24, since 2004. His contract was recently extended for a further two years until 2023. "Open End" will not only be seen (and heard) on television, but also as a podcast on welt.de and all major platforms.
