After Asterix & Obelix: Slap them all!Microids returns to present their new beat them up, Asterix & Obelix XXXL: The Aries of Hibernia. Developed by OSome Studio, the game should be released later this fall on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch and Mac.
More than two years later Asterix & Obelix XXL3: The Crystal Menhir, our two irreducible Gauls are back for a new adventure. This leads them straight to Hibernia, understand Ireland in Latin version. Our two heroes will not be alone in their adventure since they will be accompanied by Kératine, daughter of a local chef bearing the sweet name of Irishcoffix. Together, our three companions will have to get their hands on the Irishcoffix chef’s Golden Ram. And for that, what better than to use your fists and barrels to hit Roman.
Like its predecessors, Asterix & Obelix XXXL: The Ram of Hibernia will be a mix of beat ’em up, puzzle and exploration. However, a novelty is invited to the program. The game will be playable both solo and in local co-op. You can therefore meet up to 4 players on the same screen to fly as many Romans as possible. And for even more spectacular fights, the game will offer a brand new potion recipe concocted by Getafix.
