During the jungle camp “aftermath,” Mike and Leyla kept a low profile. A video from bed now suggests more.
Is this the love outing now, two weeks after the end of “I’m a Celebrity – Get Me Out of Here!”? In a video she shared on their Instagram accounts, Mike Heiter (31) and Leyla Lahouar (27) are in bed together. He is topless and puts his arm around her. She snuggles up to him, wearing a loose top.
“Are we just homies or late night lovers?” they write about the video – so the puzzles continue. The text is a quote from the song that is playing in the background and to which Mike and Leyla move their lips: “No Homies” by Civo (26) and Maxe.
“Well finally”: Followers excited about supposed outing
The song reveals more than the question formulated by Leyla and Mike: “Babe, if we’re just homies, why are you falling asleep in my arms? Why are you asking if I’m staying there tonight? Lowkey, we’ve actually known that for a long time Day one: We’re not homies, we’re late night lovers,” it says.
Definitely actually. This is also how her followers understand the entry. “Well finally” is the tenor of the comments. This is how Prince Damian (33), singer and jungle king of 2022, puts it. Others suspect a pure publicity stunt.
In the jungle camp’s “Aftermath” show (RTL and RTL+) Leyla and Mike didn’t want to commit yet. The show aired yesterday, Sunday (February 18th), but was recorded on February 14th. That Valentine’s Day, Mike gave Leyla a rose.
Leyla: “I’m excited to see where the journey could go”
She no longer expected that, Leyla reveals to the moderators Sonja Zietlow (55) and Jan Köppen (40). Because after the dating show participants initially became close in the jungle, Mike eventually got cold feet – even though they had once slept together on a lounger. “It went from ‘nice thing’ to ‘cringey thing,'” Leyla said.
After the end of “I’m a Celebrity – Get Me Out of Here!” Mike and Leyla no longer saw each other in person, but they remained in touch via phone and chat. Mike didn’t want to be tied down to anything during the “aftermath”. “We are on the same wavelength” was the highest feeling.
Leyla became clearer: “I definitely like it and I’m excited to see where the journey could go.” The bed video is definitely a next step on the trip.
