She’s finally here! Version 1.19 of Minecraft therefore including the Wild Update is available since June 7th. Announced several months ago, you can now discover all that it contains, including the introduction of the Warden, this terrifying guardian, but also new biomes, blocks, features and much more.
Meet the Warden
Announced several months ago, long before the Wild Update, the warden is now available in Minecraft. For those who do not yet know who he is, or rather who they are, they are neither more nor less than the guardians of the new biome, that of the Deep Dark.
If you are afraid of falling on them, rest assured, you will not necessarily see them directly since these creatures live underground. Nevertheless, they are hostile and can sense your presence through your vibrations, despite the lack of a pair of eyes. In addition, they are informed of your arrival by what is called the Sculk Howlers. Be careful, anger has arrived so quickly… If you decide to go after them, know that they don’t leave any loot, and when you are not far from them, you will be under the Darkness effect (everything will become dark around you).
Welcome to the Deep Dark
Who says Warden necessarily says the biome of the Deep Dark. This new environment is darker and more terrifying than ever, but don’t worry, if you decide to venture there, no monsters will appear. In addition, be careful where you walk since the latter particularly likes waste. Also, as said before, the Wardens will be alerted to your presence by the Sculk Howlers.
Mangrove Swamp Biome
In addition to the swamp biome that we all already know, there is now a small variant with mangrove swamps. The latter, as their name suggests, contain tons of mangroves, which allows you to also enjoya new kind of wood to shape your house a little more: button, log, block, plank, absolutely everything is there.
Frogs and tadpoles
In these new swamps, but also in the other biomes, don’t be surprised if you come across a few frogs and tadpoles ! The latter have indeed invited themselves into Minecraft. Regarding frogs, you will notice quite quickly that there are several kinds, and it depends neither more nor less than the biome in which they are found. The same goes for tadpoles: depending on where they are, they will grow into this or that species of frog.
Also, frogs can be useful. These indeed eat the magma blocks, which then allows you to pick up the light blocks.
Go explore the lands beyond the seas
Exploration is an essential point in Minecraft. However, before going on an expedition, you have to equip yourself properly and sometimes cross the seas. But it’s not that easy not to forget anything and above all to have enough space for our tools but also for what we might find.
But that is now history thanks to trunk boats. From now on, you can indeed place a trunk on your boat to store everything you will need during your little getaway.
The Allay, a major ally
He was the big winner of the last Minecraft Live: the Allay is finally available in the cubic title. The latter is a great ally since it helps you collect several blocks, then also allows you to smile again through a few dances when it is near a musical block.
