Montpellier, February 24, 2022 – Mint, a supplier of eco-responsible Energy and Telecom services for the greatest number of people and at the best price, announces the acquisition of the Planète OUI brand, supplier of electricity, biogas and 100% green and 100% French firewood. This operation follows the decision of the Commercial Court of Lyon which approved in a decision dated February 24, 2022, Mint’s takeover offer aimed at acquiring the brand and residential customer base of the company OUI ENERGY for an amount of €1.5 million.
