I obviously condemn these comments, but it does not affect me at all ", she declared. After discovering the hundreds of messages of anti-Semitic insults against Miss Provence, the government has also decided to take serious action. Sunday, December 20, 2020, the Minister of the Interior, Gérald Darmanin, expressed all his anger on Twitter: "I am deeply shocked by the rain of anti-Semitic insults against Miss Provence. We must not let anything go. Shame on their authors. The police and gendarmerie are mobilized", he expressed. A support which should console somewhat April Benayoum, second on the podium of Miss France.
