This huge trailer for sale shows that there are real giants among tiny homes.
Moving into a tiny house is usually accompanied by sacrifice and a reduction to the essentials. But if a whole family wants to live there permanently, a certain amount of space is of course still mandatory.
Presentation of True North Retreat in pictures
The tiny house “True North Retreat” from the Canadian manufacturer Acorn Tiny Homes succeeds in this balancing act. It was built on a four-axle trailer with a length of 11.5 meters and is up to 3.2 meters wide. Permits and the appropriate driving license are required for transport on public roads.
There is room for up to seven people to sleep inside. The total floor area is 50 square meters – which can be described as generous for a tiny house, considering that some models are much, much smaller. The sleeping spaces are spread over both floors of the mini-dwelling. Just like in some motorhomes with alcoves.

What is particularly striking is the wild mix of materials that appears both inside and outside. The manufacturer uses a mix of stone and wood looks as well as various mosses that create a natural look.
A real special feature of this tiny house is the internal grill station, which is also accessible from the outside via large double doors. There is, among other things, a sink, a generously sized gas grill and a refrigerator.
