A game with Monika Fasnacht
Many Jasser women and men dream of this: to knock a slider with the grande dame of the Jass cards. For two decades, Monika Fasnacht (57) stood – or rather sat – for the “Donnschtig-Jass” and the “Samschtig-Jass” in front of the SRF camera. No Swiss thumb is more famous than yours because it always held the cards of the Telefonjasser. At this year’s slide championship, she is now at the start as a celebrity jasserin.
Whoever gets her as a partner has drawn the big lot. However, the two opponents have to dress warmly. “I will go through the last two nights before the big final,” says Fasnacht with a wink.
Another prominent face on November 20 in Zug is comedian Stefan Büsser (36). “As long as he is not coached by his dog, he has no chance,” says Fasnacht. What does the “Donnschtig-Jass” presenter say in his defense? “I would never dare to contradict our Jasskönigin,” says Büsser.
