More beautiful life (spoilers): Patrick and Babeth find their son and Baptiste puts himself in danger

In the February 16, 2022 episode of Plus belle la vie, the investigation continues to find little Raphaël. Eric (Régis Maynard) and Boher (Stéphane Hénon) think it’s a gang war and interrogate a member of the Rousseau city rivals. The latter reacts when he sees the photo of Manon (Julianna Vogt) but says nothing. For their part, Babeth (Marie Réache) and Patrick (Jérôme Bertin) follow the trail of the Saint Benedict medal found in Raphaël’s bed. They leave explore the nearby convents showing a photo of Manon. At one of the convents, a nun recognizes the medallion and says it is that of her convent. She also recognizes Manon’s photo and ends up telling the couple that she is there. The young girl, who observes the scene behind a window, prepares her things to flee again. However, Patrick manages to catch up with her and recovers her son Raphaël.

Meanwhile, firefighter training continues for Baptiste (Bryan Trésor). When a call is made to the center about a fire not far away, Baptiste and other students manage to convince their warrant officer to go there. On the spot, they are tasked with securing the perimeter and observing. After a man pushed him into the burning building, however, Baptiste disobeys to his adjutant and runs to look for the victim. He pulls the man out of the building and faces the wrath of his warrant officer. Later, Baptiste goes to Gabriel (Joakim Latzko) – who earlier had told him that he and Thomas (Laurent Kerusoré) were proud of him – and faces the anger of the two men. Gabriel tells him that he is completely unconscious and thinking about Mathis. Thomas for his part outbids by saying that he is not alone and that he must think of his family. Sheepishly, Baptiste simply nods.

It’s definitely over between Karim and Elsa

Bilal (Kjel Bennett) dreams of a relationship with Ophélie (Laurie Iversen) and gets teased by his friends when Ophelia actually call and that the latter answer in place of Bilal. She thinks, rightly, that Bilal is still trying to make his friends believe he’s sleeping with Ophelia. Finally on his side, Karim (Rachid Hafassa) finds Elsa (Caroline Bourg) and learns that she sees no one. When he talks about it to his son, the latter points out that if Elsa is not with Xavier Revel (Grégory Questel), it may be because Karim threatened to hurt her if they got together. Karim decides to go see Elsa again to ask her, from behind, if they still have a chance to get back together. The latter clearly tells him no, and that she is still in love with Revel. She confirms that if she is not with him, it is because she is afraid that Karim will hurt her if she sees him again.
