With a beta expected for the end of the summer, Mortal Kombat 1 offers a new cinematic to introduce its new fighters. The Banished are from different realms, and they are Reptile, from Underworld, Ashrah, from the Nether, and Havik from Seido. Everyone who pre-ordered the game will be able to enjoy the beta from August 18. But the Kombatants won’t come alone, as Sareena also joins the hostilities.
In addition to these four warriors, we also meet Geras in a separate video. This new playable character is an eternal being created by the god Liu Kang. He is thus able to adopt various fighting styles, reflecting his ability to manipulate the time stream. He can freeze it at will, or rewind it to take advantage. A fighting style that could quickly enrage many players with its abilities.
From August 18 at 5:00 p.m. (French time)it will be possible to take advantage of the beta of Mortal Kombat 1 provided you have pre-ordered it. This will allow you to try out the new styles of the Kombatants, but also to see the fatalities staged in this title. However, the beta will only be available for the PS5 and Xbox Series versions, until August 21 5:00 p.m.
