Now the applicants for the World Ski Championships in 2027 are fixed: In addition to Crans-Montana and Garmisch-Partenkirchen (D), Narvik (No) and Soldeu (And) also want to host the title fights.
The award is due to take place in May 2022. Then the Nordic World Championships 2027 and the Ski Flying World Championships 2026 will also be awarded. There is only one application for each of the two events: The Nordic World Cup should go to Falun (Sd), the ski flyers will probably choose their world champion in Oberstdorf (D) in 2026.
The World Ski Championships in 2023 will take place in Courchevel-Méribel (Fr), in 2025 medals will be fought in Saalbach-Hinterglemm (Austria). (red)
