De magnificent paintings by Georges Clairin on the ceilings, an Italian-style room and a monumental staircase. At least that was needed to welcome the procession of celebrities that rushes to the Grand Théâtre de Tours for the second edition of this book fair. Many VIPs are seated under piles of books, such as the former examining magistrate Marc Trévidic, the presenter of M6 Xavier de Moulins or even Jean-Christophe Rufin, of the French Academy.
