(CercleFinance.com) – Navya announces that its supervisory board has unanimously approved the appointment of Sophie Desormière as chairman of the company’s management board, for effective appointment on January 5, 2022.
With 25 years of experience in management positions in large international groups – notably at Valeo and Solvay – ‘Sophie Desormière has demonstrated her ability to establish lasting relationships within private equity ecosystems with American financial partners and Asians on mobility projects, ‘says Navya.
In addition, Pierre Lahutte, interim president of Navya during the second half of 2021, retains his responsibilities in the areas of strategy and partnerships within the management board, in order to continue the discussions initiated with key strategic partners.
