(CercleFinance.com) – Néovacs announced on Friday that its issue of bonds redeemable in shares with equity warrants (ORABSA) was already 88% subscribed.
As of June 22, the biotechnology company says it has received an overall request of nearly 1.8 million euros, out of the gross amount of two million euros it is targeting.
The company specifies that this global request includes all of the subscription commitments received prior to the launch of the offer, as well as orders from new investors.
The closing of the subscription period is scheduled for June 27 and the publication of the press release announcing the result of the operation on June 28.
