Netflix has just made an announcement that is already making people happy. The Berserk series considered the best adaptation by fans arrives in France.
Cult manga having inspired many works, including the Darks Souls, Berserk obviously went through the anime box. Not all were unanimous, but one of the most popular finally returns and on Netflix.
The best Berserk anime is coming to Netflix
It is a monument of manga and dark fantasy that arrives on Netflix. While the work of mangaka Kentarô Miura began its renaissance with the resumption in the columns of Young Animal magazine, the trilogy of films Berserk: The Golden Age Memorial Edition will be declined in an animated series. In the meantime, the curious and the fans will be able to (re) discover one, if not, the best adaptation of the manga.
The 1997 anime Berserk will indeed be available on the famous SVoD platform from 1er December in France. An adaptation not to be confused with that of 2016, which received very mixed or even murderous reviews. This series of 25 episodes of 24 minutes each traces the events of volumes 4 to 13, without covering the story of volume 11 introducing a certain Wyald.
Meanwhile, a mysterious countdown continues to tick. Is it related to this ad? It wouldn’t seem. The official website of the Berserk anime indeed seems to be teasing a big reveal for December 11th.
