According to figures from the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies (Insee) published at 12 p.m., the prices of new and old housing in metropolitan France in the 3rd quarter of 2022 increased by 1.6% compared to the previous quarter.
Over one year, prices for all dwellings increased by 6.5% (in seasonally adjusted data).
In the previous quarter, the prices of new and old real estate had emerged up 1.5% over 3 months and up 6.8% over one year.
