The mega-transfer from the series champion Salzburg is dry! For weeks it has been apparent that Bundesliga top scorer Patson Daka will say goodbye, now he’s perfect. “I will go to England and move to Leicester City,” the Zambian striker told the “Krone”.
Patson Daka is writing Austrian football history with his move, because the transfer fee should be over the 30 million euro mark. With which the attacker, who scored 68 goals in 125 competitive games for the red-white-red industry leader and prepared 27 more, becomes the new record transfer within the Bundesliga.
Keita and Mane so far front runners
So far, Naby Keita has been at the top, who brought Salzburg in a little more than 29 million euros through his move to Leipzig and the resale participation in the transfer to Liverpool. The highest transfer fee for a direct transfer was generated by superstar Sadio Mane when he moved to Southampton for around 23 million euros.
